ডনেটস্ক সামরিক প্রশাসনের প্রধান ভাদিম ফিলাশকিন এই হামলার বিষয়ে জানিয়েছেন। মাত্র এক দিনে, রাশিয়ানরা ডনেটস্ক অঞ্চলের বসতিগুলিতে ১৫ বার হামলা চালিয়েছে।
