নিজস্ব সংবাদদাতা: নতুন নিষেধাজ্ঞা ছাড়া যুদ্ধ বন্ধের কূটনৈতিক প্রচেষ্টায় অগ্রগতি সম্ভব নয় বলে মন্তব্য করেছেন ইউক্রেনের প্রেসিডেন্ট ভলোদিমির জেলেনস্কি।
