পুতিন: “সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়ন পুনর্গঠন অর্থহীন”

নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি: রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন স্পষ্ট জানিয়েছেন যে সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়ন (USSR) পুনর্গঠনের কোনো পরিকল্পনা নেই এবং এটি “অবাস্তব ও অর্থহীন”। তিনি বলেন, সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের ভাঙনের জন্য ব্যক্তিগতভাবে কাউকে দায়ী করার প্রয়োজন নেই, কারণ তার মতে মূল সমস্যাটি ছিল ব্যবস্থার ভেতরেই। পুতিনের ভাষ্য— ভেঙে পড়া কাঠামো পুনরুদ্ধারের চিন্তা নয়, বরং বর্তমান বাস্তবতার ভিত্তিতে রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনা করাই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
