তিনি বলেন, ''... এখানে আসা আমাদের মুসলিম বোনেরা ইউনিফর্ম সিভিল কোডের (ইউসিসি) জন্য আমাকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছিলেন, আমি উত্তরাখণ্ড সরকারকে সমর্থন করার জন্য কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাতে চাই। ''
