আসামের বাজেট প্রসঙ্গে ঐতিহাসিক বাজেট হিসাবে বলে দিলেন কংগ্রেস বিধায়ক

তিনি বলেছেন, "এটি একটি ঐতিহাসিক বাজেট অধিবেশন যা রাজধানীর বাইরে শুরু হবে। আমি মনে করি এটি 'ষষ্ঠ তফসিল' এলাকার মানুষের কাছে একটি বার্তা দেবে। আজকের একটি প্রধান আলোচনা হবে 'ষষ্ঠ তফসিল' এলাকার আর্থ-সামাজিক ও সর্বাত্মক উন্নয়ন নিয়ে।"
